Fall in love with a puff pastry dough with unrivalled taste. Ideal for sweet and savoury preparations, easy to roll out and quick to bake, its recipe has been developed using our Bread, Focaccia and Pizza Base Preparation. Sugar-, gluten- and lactose-free.
Ingredients:
Basic mix (potato starch, rice flour, brown millet flour, maltitol, thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; vegetable fibre), vegetable margarine (fat (vegetable fats: palm, coconut, palm kernel; vegetable oils: sunflower, soy, corn, rapeseed; in variable proportions), water, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavourings, colourings: carotenes); water, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; salt, rice syrup (rice flour, water); thickener: E464; raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch); preservative: E202.
