Filling 27%: cured ham 14,3%* (pork leg, salt), mortadella (pork meat, salt, preservative: E250, antioxidant: E301), gluten-free semi-finished product (corn flour, sunflower oil, caramelized sugar), Grana Padano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), rosemary, nutmeg, sage, bamboo fibre.
