Casanova Food srl was founded in 2013 in Rubano, Padova province, as a company specialized the production of gluten free and lactose free products.
Our commitment to innovation has led us to the creation of a factory with high tech lines that are safe and performing, dedicated to the sole production of gluten free, lactose free fresh pasta with no added preservatives.
Our focus is due to our passion for fresh pasta and to the ambition in wanting to create a good one of a kind product, with a dash of extra attention towards food intolerances, to make it accessible to everyone.
